Bow ties are hand washable with a wet towel (the bow tie may be damaged if washed in the washing machine)

Avoid: Machine washing or drying, as this can cause shrinkage, warping, or damage to the tartan fabric. Using harsh chemicals, bleach, or stain removers, as these can damage the fabric and color. Wash with cold water/gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Place a clean pressing cloth between the iron and the tartan to avoid scorching.
